People:
The doctor and staff of A New Life Chiropractic are known as Team Members. The patients of A.N.L.C. are known as "FAMILY MEMBERS". Every Member of the Chiropractic Team must act with the highest standards of honesty, fairness, love, commitment, and professionalism towards other members of the team and towards their family members. Every job, regardless of what it is, must be done well, as if the person you were dealing with were your very own loved one (father, mother, brother, sister, child).

Details:
No detail is too small. A family member getting well is the sum total of hundreds of details. Often, it is the little things that are most memorable and most significant - a phone call, a letter, a script, a gift, encouragement, etc.

My Responsibility:
While we all have specific responsibilities in the office, we are all responsible for everything that a patient needs. If someone comes to you with any request or need, then your response is, "I take full responsibility for this and will make sure that it is done". Then, if it is necessary, you can delegate the request to the proper teammate. However, you are responsible to see that it is followed through and the patient is fully satisfied.

Loving, Family Service:
It is our intention to express total love for our patients and allow this love to heal. God has total, unconditional love for us and totally forgives us. In order to receive this we must give it. We are literally a Love and Joy Center.
